Stand With Tony

Help Tony defend his home

Tony is nearly 80. He is defending a Supreme Court property case over the Rye home he has lived in for over two decades. His family is raising funds for legal fees, evidence preparation, and urgent court costs.

Why his home is at risk

White Water says 2010 King Sushi loan documents and a caveat over Tony’s Rye home give it rights over the property. Tony disputes that and says those documents were never intended to put his home at risk.

Tony's story

Tony’s story

Tony helped run King Sushi day to day and built an ordinary life around hard work, family, and the Rye home he has lived in for over two decades.

He says the documents now relied on against him were signed during a financial crisis without independent legal advice and were never intended to put his home at risk. The Court will decide the issues.

For Tony, this is not abstract. It is the home he still wakes up in, the routines he still keeps, and the place his family is trying to protect.
